During that time she oversaw Small Groups Ministry, One to One Discipleship, Welcoming Ministry, Alpha, premarital training and Women’s Ministry. She also led mission trips to Haiti, Taiwan and also Japan and taught regularly.

Liz's work experience includes creating social enterprises, fundraising and marketing, volunteer recruitment, training and management, project development, and safeguarding. Liz also works in Law in her day to day job. ​He has been involved in supporting drug and alcohol users and homeless persons in Tennessee with their understanding of God and how the Bible can help them to address their issues. Previous missionary work includes a visit to Uganda where he primarily focused on preaching and praying for the sick.
In addition to his ministry experience, he spent fifteen years teaching IT in local colleges. His hope is to use these experiences and skills to bring the good news of Christ’s healing and redeeming ministry to South Wales and in particular the Neath Port Talbot area.

Between 2002 and 2013, Liz lived in Seoul, South Korea, before returning to the UK. From 2005, she worked as an associate pastor in one of the largest mega-churches in Seoul and public speaker on CGNTV. She also worked as an English Lecturer in two Universities in Seoul. In 2014 she founded registered charity Bethel Trust Port Talbot, which incorporates a number of projects including a Foodbank, Baby bank, Friendship Hub, Cost of Living Project, Bethel Community Church and Bethel Leadership College. Her previous employment experience includes:
Anthony is co-pastor and worship leader at Bethel Community Church. He has considerable experience in both leading worship and teaching in small group bible studies. He loves supporting new members of the church in their understanding and knowledge of God and the Word and how it relates to today’s society. He has undertaken two missionary trips to Tennessee, USA to train and work with the Friendship World Outreach Church, where he led worship and preached the Word at many of the weekly meetings.
